Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition – unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in the original packaging. Please ensure you have the receipt or proof of purchase handy.

How to Initiate a Return
Initiating a return is simple. Reach out to us at support@yezglow.com, and we’ll guide you through the process. Once your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your package. Please note that returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If you find any defects, damages, or receive an incorrect item, contact us right away. We’ll assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Exchanges

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have a 14-day cooling-off period. During this time, you may cancel or return your order for any reason without justification. The same return conditions apply, including the item being in its original condition, with tags, and in the original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time. If more than 15 business days pass after approval without receiving your refund, contact us at support@yezglow.com for further assistance.
